care facility staff committee;

(5)  A hospital, related institution, or other health
care facility credentials committee or its equivalent;

(6)  The chief executive officer of a hospital,
related institution, or other health care facility;

(7)  The dean of any medical school in this State;

(8)  A member of the Board;

[(9) A member of the Commission or its agents or
employees;]

[(10)] (9) A casualty insurer writing medical
professional liability insurance in this State; and

[ (11) ] (10) A utilization committee of:

(i) A nonprofit health service plan; or

(ii) A health insurer doing business in this
State.

TITLE, THE BOARD, ON THE AFFIRMATIVE VOTE OF A MAJORITY OF ITS
FULL AUTHORIZED MEMBERSHIP, MAY REPRIMAND OR PLACE AN
ACUPUNCTURIST ON PROBATION OR SUSPEND OR REVOKE THE REGISTRATION
OF AN ACUPUNCTURIST FOR ANY CONDUCT PROHIBITED UNDER THE
PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION OR PROHIBITED UNDER ANY REGULATION
ADOPTED PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION.---------------

14-705.1.

(a) The Board [of Medical Examiners] shall;

(1) Define, for the purpose of this section, a

"medical radiation technologist", a "nuclear medical

technologist", "practice nuclear medical technology", and
"practice medical radiation technology";
