juvenile court and to the child's attorney within a certain
period of time; authorizing certain parties to request a
hearing within a certain period of time after the filing of
a report of suspected abuse or neglect of a child in foster
care; requiring the appropriate law enforcement agency to
investigate certain reports of suspected child abuse or
neglect of a child in foster care; requiring a local
department of social services to review and investigate
certain foster care homes in a certain manner; requiring a
local department to obtain and provide certain medical
records of children in foster care in a certain manner;
requiring the Department of Human Resources to adopt certain
regulations for the foster care program; requiring certain
medical records to be obtained before a certain date; and
generally relating to the welfare and protection of children
in foster care.
