SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
be construed retrospectively and shall be applied to and
interpreted to affect any prize winners in drawings held by the
State Lottery Agency on or after December 1, 1985, who have
attempted to claim a prize within 6 months 185 182 days after the
drawing in which the prize was won. The Director of the State
Lottery Agency shall pay any prize winners eligible under this
section of this Act from the Unclaimed Prize Fund. If the
Unclaimed Prize Fund is insufficient to pay a prize under this
section of this Act, the Director shall pay the prize when the
Unclaimed Prize Fund has accumulated sufficient moneys to pay the
prize as it would normally have been paid.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning
Radon Testing - Registration and Advertisement
Requirements
FOR the purpose of requiring certain persons who engage in the
business of testing for the presence of radon to register
with the Department of the Environment; requiring the
Department to register certain persons; providing certain
penalties for a person engaging in the business of testing
radon who does not register with the Department; prohibiting
the Department from giving out the names of certain persons
who do not register with the Department; requiring a person
to make certain disclosures in an advertisement for the
person's business under certain circumstances; providing
certain penalties for a person who does not make certain
disclosures in an advertisement; and generally relating to
the registration and advertisement of persons who engage in
the business of have the tests analyzed by certain
facilities, to indicate certain information on the radon
testing device, and to provide test results and certain
information to certain persons; prohibiting the Department
of the Environment from disclosing the names of certain
radon testing facilities under certain circumstances;
authorizing the Department to adopt certain regulations;
defining certain terms; providing for a delayed effective
