in the City of Annapolis on the Thirteenth Day of
January, 1988, and Ending on the Eleventh Day of
April, 1988, William Donald Schaefer, being Governor
of the State, the following laws were enacted, to
wit:

(House Bill 1516 of 1987)

AN ACT concerning

State Reserve Fund - Dedicated Purpose Account

FOR the purpose of requiring approval by the General Assembly's
Legislative Policy Committee for the transfer of funds by
the Governor from the Dedicated Purpose Account of the State
Reserve Fund.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

7-310.

(a)  In this section "Account" means the Dedicated Purpose
Account.

(b)  The Dedicated Purpose Account is established to:
