Ch. 758 LAWS OF MARYLAND 8-505. (a) The administrative head of a detoxification center may (1) To be given medical or paramedical attention, (2) To be admitted to the center; (3) To be referred to another appropriate facility (4) To be denied attention, admission, and referral.
