Ch. 758 LAWS OF MARYLAND (C) THE CHAIRMAN AND THE VICE CHAIRMAN MAY BE REAPPOINTED. (A) THE STATE ADVISORY COUNCIL SHALL ESTABLISH COMMITTEES (1) ALCOHOL ABUSE; AND (2) DRUG ABUSE. (B) MEMBERSHIP OF EACH COMMITTEE SHALL REFLECT EQUAL 8-305. (A) THE STATE ADVISORY COUNCIL SHALL MEET: (1) AT LEAST EVERY THIRD MONTH, AT THE TIMES AND (2) AT THE CALL OF ITS CHAIRMAN. (B) A MEMBER OF THE STATE ADVISORY COUNCIL: (1) MAY NOT RECEIVE COMPENSATION; BUT (2) IS ENTITLED TO REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES UNDER (C) THE DEPARTMENT SHALL PROVIDE SECRETARIAL AND OTHER 8-306. (A) THE STATE ADVISORY COUNCIL DOES NOT HAVE ANY EXECUTIVE (B) THE STATE ADVISORY COUNCIL SHALL: (1) BE A STRONG ADVOCATE OF A COMPREHENSIVE, (2) ADVISE THE GOVERNOR, THE SECRETARY, AND THE (I) SHORT AND LONG TERM NEEDS FOR SERVICES (II) PROMOTING AND COORDINATING, IN COOPERATION - 4910 -
