(House Bill 1343)

AN ACT concerning

Baltimore City - Micro-Brewery

FOR the purpose of establishing a Class 6 7 Micro-Brewery
License for issuance in Baltimore City; establishing an
annual fee for the license; providing for the scope, of the
license; providing for certain license requirements and
restrictions; excepting the license from certain
prohibitions; providing for the determination of when taxes
on malt beverages brewed under the license are to be levied
and collected imposed, reported, and paid; providing that
another class of alcoholic beverages license may be issued
to the held by a holder of the Brewery License under certain
circumstances; making certain stylistic changes; providing
for the effective date of this Act; and generally relating
to a Class 6 7 Micro-Brewery License in Baltimore City.
