WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor                   Ch. 724

(c)  A person may apply for a hunter's license to the clerk
of the circuit court for any county or to any person designated
by the Department. The application shall be on a form the
Department prepares and supplies. The applicant shall fill out,
sign, and submit the application to the court clerk or person
designated to issue the hunter's license. A person may apply by
mail.

(d)  The application shall contain the applicant's name,
height, color of eyes and hair, occupation, place of residence,
and social security number. If the applicant is a nonresident,
[he] THE APPLICANT also shall present [his] THE APPLICANT'S
driver's license, voter's card, or resident hunter's license.

(e)  Before a hunting license may be issued the applicant
for the license shall sign a statement which says:

"I understand that this hunting license does not of itself
permit me to hunt on private property, and if I do so without
permission of the owner, I may be subject to a fine."

[(f) The fees for hunter's licenses shall be charged in
accordance with the following schedule:

(1)  Resident, under 16 years of age............$ 5.00

(2)  Resident, 16 years old or older and under 65
years of age...............................................$10.00

(3)  Resident, 65 years old or older............$ 1.25

(4)  Nonresident............................... $45.00

or a sum equal to that charged by the nonresident's home state
for a similar license, whichever is greater

(5)  Complimentary license......................No fee

(6)  Nonresident, waterfowl only, short term valid for
any 3 consecutive legal hunting days in a single season, as
specified on the license by the issuing clerk.............$25.00]

(F) (1) (I) THERE IS A CONSOLIDATED HUNTING LICENSE SYSTEM
IN THE STATE THAT ELIMINATES THE NECESSITY OF PURCHASING
INDIVIDUAL HUNTING STAMPS, EXCEPT FOR THE FEDERAL AND STATE
MIGRATORY WILD WATERFOWL STAMPS UNDER § 10-308.1 OF THIS
SUBTITLE.

(II) A CONSOLIDATED HUNTING LICENSE AUTHORIZES
A PURCHASER TO HUNT DEER DURING EACH HUNTING SEASON IN THE STATE,
INCLUDING BOW AND ARROW, BLACK POWDER, AND REGULAR FIREARMS
SEASONS.
