Ch. 711 LAWS OF MARYLAND
SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 2 of
this Act shall take effect January 1, 1989 and shall remain
effective until Section 5 of Chapter (S.B. 2) of the Acts
of the General Assembly of 1988 repeals Article 24, § 9-603 of
the Code (as enacted by Chapter 2 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1988) at which time, with no further action required
by the General Assembly, Section 2 of this Act shall be abrogated
and of no further force and effect and shall remain effective
until Section 5 of Chapter _____(S.B. 2) of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1988 repeals Article 24, § 9-603 of the Code
(as enacted by Chapter 2 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
1988) at which time, with no further action required by the
General Assembly, Section 2 of this Act shall be abrogated and of
no further force and effect.

AN ACT concerning
Prince George's County - Maryland-National Capital
Park and Planning Commission - Alcoholic Beverages Licenses
PG 311-88
FOR the purpose of creating three two classes of on-sale
alcoholic beverages licenses for issuance by the Prince
George's County Board of License Commissioners for use on
certain Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning
Commission property; identifying these licenses as a special
7-day Class B-GC (Golf Course) on-sale beer and wine
license, a special 7-day Class B-RP (Regional Park) on sale
beer license, and a special 7-day Class B-ECR (Equestrian
Center Restaurant) on-sale beer, wine and liquor license;
defining certain terms; providing for the scope of each of
these licenses; stating the times and days of sale of
alcoholic beverages under each of these licenses; providing
for the determination of the annual license fees; requiring
any providing for the use of the profit made from the sale
of alcoholic beverages under these licenses be used for the
benefit of the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning
Commission; limiting the number of each of these licenses
that may be issued; exempting these licenses from certain
regulations prohibiting the issuance of more than one
alcoholic beverages license to a holder; and generally
relating to the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning
Commission and the issuance of alcoholic beverages licenses.
