AN ACT concerning

Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission -

Revenue Bonds
PG/MC 9-88

FOR the purpose of conforming provisions of law concerning the
authority of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning
Commission to issue revenue bonds for the financing of
certain revenue producing facilities in Prince George's
County, to provisions of law authorizing the Commission to
issue revenue bonds for similar facilities in Montgomery
County; and generally relating to the authority of the
Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission to
issue revenue bonds for the financing of certain revenue
producing facilities in Montgomery County and Prince
George's County.
