WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor Ch. 681

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Corporations and Associations

3-404.

Not less than 20 days prior to the filing of articles of
dissolution with the Department, the corporation shall mail
notice that dissolution of the corporation has been approved to
all its known creditors AND EMPLOYEES at their addresses as shown
on the records of the corporation AND TO ITS EMPLOYEES, EITHER AT
THEIR HOME ADDRESSES AS SHOWN ON THE RECORDS OF THE CORPORATION,
OR AT THEIR BUSINESS ADDRESSES. THE KNOWN CREDITORS OF A
CORPORATION SHALL INCLUDE ALL EMPLOYEES OF THE CORPORATION AND
THEIR BARGAINING AGENTS, IF ANY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning

Property Tax Assessments - Appeals

FOR the purpose of requiring the Department of Assessment and
Taxation to provide and the taxpayer to exchange certain
written exhibits evidence by a certain time to certain

taxpayers who have appealed in appeals of certain

assessments to the Maryland Tax Court; and providing for the
application of this Act.

Section 14-512(f)(6)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1986 Volume and 1987 Supplement)
