SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Parking Unregistered Motor Vehicles

FOR the purpose of prohibiting a person from parking are
unregistered motor vehicle in specific locations;
establishing procedures for the issuance of citations or
warnings for violations of this Act; and generally relating
to prohibitions against the parking of unregistered motor
vehicles.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
