(5) THE ANNUAL FEE FOR A 7-DAY SPECIAL CLASS B (INN)
LICENSE IS $350 $450.

(6) THE HARFORD COUNTY LIQUOR CONTROL BOARD MAY ADOPT
ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS CONSISTENT WITH THIS SUBSECTION.

(7) IF AN ESTABLISHMENT CEASES TO BE OPERATED AS AN
INN, THE 7-DAY SPECIAL CLASS B (INN) LICENSE SHALL BE VOID.

18.

(a) A Class A beer, wine and liquor license shall be issued
by the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the
place of business is located, and shall authorize the holder to
keep for sale and to sell all alcoholic beverages at retail, in
any quantity, at the place therein described, and to deliver the
same in a sealed package or container which package or container
may not be opened nor its contents consumed on the premises where
sold. The annual fee for this license is $500, except as
otherwise provided in this section, and in all cases the fee
shall be payable to the clerk before any such license is issued,
for distribution as hereinafter provided.

(b) A license may not be issued for any drugstore unless
the applicant has been doing business at the location applied
for, for at least one year prior to the date of the application
for the license, or unless the applicant is the assignee of a
business established for that length of time at the location
applied for, or unless the applicant has been actually engaged in
the retail drug business for a period of not less than three
years.

(o) [(7) Notwithstanding the provisions of § 52A(b) of this
article, any Class A-l licensee who held a Class A license before
July 1, 1982 may convert to a Class A license by notifying the
liquor board prior to the 1983 renewal date. Failure to notify
the liquor board by the 1983 renewal date forfeits the licensee's
option to convert to a Class A license.]

19.

(a) A Class B beer, wine and liquor license shall be issued
by the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the
place of business is located, and the license authorizes its
holder to keep for sale and sell all alcoholic beverages at
retail at any hotel or restaurant at the place described, for
consumption on the premises or elsewhere, or as provided in the
following subsections. The annual fee for this license is $750,
except as provided, and is payable to the clerk, before any
license is issued, for distribution as provided in this article.

(n) (1) In Harford County the annual fee for a 6-day,
Monday through Saturday, license is $1,600 for a restaurant and
