AN ACT concerning

Harford County - Liquor Control Board Alcoholic Beverages

FOR the purpose of conforming certain stated annual salaries of
the chairman and members of the Harford County Liquor
Control Board with their current rate of pay; clarifying
language; and making technical changes; clarifying that an
alcoholic beverages caterer's license issued in Harford
County may only be used within that county; clarifying
certain requirements for certain Class B beer, wine and
liquor licensees who provide catering services; authorizing
the Harford County Liquor Control Board to issue a certain
club and organization beer, wine, and liquor on-sale license
to a box lacrosse and indoor soccer ball club under certain
circumstances; repealing certain provisions of law
concerning alcoholic beverages licensing and the dispensary
system that no longer apply in Harford County; modifying
certain meeting requirements of the Liquor Control Board;
authorizing the Harford County Liquor Control Board to issue
a 7-day Special Class B (Inn) on-sale beer and light wine
license in Harford County; defining a certain term; and
generally relating to Harford County and alcoholic
beverages.
