(2) (i) The following counties are excepted from
these express powers.

(ii) Anne Arundel County; INCLUDED, HOWEVER, IN
SUBSECTION (T)(3);

(iii) Baltimore County; INCLUDED, HOWEVER, IN
SUBSECTION (T)(3);

(iv) Cecil County; included, however, in
subsections (1) [and], (s-1), AND (T)(3);

(v) Howard County; INCLUDED, HOWEVER, IN
SUBSECTION (T)(3);

(vi) Prince George's County; INCLUDED, HOWEVER,
IN SUBSECTION (T)(3);

(vii) Queen Anne's County; included, however,
in subsections (f), (s)(3), (s-1), (T)(3) and (ii);

(viii) Worcester County; included, however, in
subsections (1), (s)(2), (T)(3), (x), (x-1), (x-2), and (y).

(t) (3) [The] IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MARYLAND MASTER
ELECTRICIANS ACT, THE GOVERNING BODY OF A COUNTY, INCLUDING THE
County Commissioners of Caroline, Somerset, and Dorchester
counties by ordinance may provide for the general licensing of
electricians; license and establish classifications of
electricians; define and establish duties and powers of
electrical inspectors, including permits and registrations;
provide for penalties for violation of any of these ordinances;
create and establish a Board of Electrical Examiners; and provide
for, define, and establish powers and duties of the Board of
Electrical Examiners.

Article 41 - Governor - Executive and
Administrative Departments.

(a) The following departments, agencies, boards,
commissions, offices, divisions, and units of the State
government shall be included within the Department of Licensing
and Regulation: the State Athletic Commission, the Banking Board,
the Bank Regulations Board, the Bank Commissioner, the Board of
Savings and Loan Commissioners, the Division of Savings and Loan
Associations, the State of Maryland Deposit Insurance Fund
Corporation, the Maryland Home Improvement Commission, the
Insurance Division, the Commissioner of Consumer Credit, the
Maryland State Board of Censors, the Maryland Racing Commission,
the Maryland Race Fund Advisory Committee, the Real Estate
Commission, the Real Estate Hearing Board, the Board of Boiler
