references to a "limited license" are added in
conformity with provisions throughout this title that

3-504. CONTENTS OF ADVERTISEMENT.
EACH PLUMBING ADVERTISEMENT IN THE NAME OF A PERSON WHO
ENGAGES IN THE BUSINESS OF PROVIDING PLUMBING SERVICES SHALL
CONTAIN THE LICENSE NUMBER AND NAME OF A MASTER PLUMBER OR HOLDER
OF A LIMITED MASTER PLUMBER LICENSE WHOM THE PERSON EMPLOYS AND
DESIGNATES TO DIRECT AND CONTROL THE PROVISION OF PLUMBING
SERVICES THROUGH THE BUSINESS OF THE PERSON.
COMMITTEE COMMENT: This section is new language derived
from the third clause of the first sentence of former
Art. 56, § 448.
The reference to the "license number" is added to
reflect the current practice of the Board.
The phrase "holder of a limited master plumber
license" is added in conformity with the provisions
throughout this title that apply to holders of limited
master plumber licenses. See the General Committee
Comment to this title.
The reference to a master plumber or holder of a
limited master plumber license "whom the person
employs and designates to direct and control the
provision of plumbing services through the business of
the person" is substituted for the former reference to
