events; and
2. owned by the Havre de Grace Little
League, Incorporated; AND
(VIII) REAL PROPERTY THAT IS:
1. OWNED BY A VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY
HARFORD COUNTY VOLUNTEER FIRE OR AMBULANCE COMPANY;
2. HELD FOR THE FUTURE USE AS A STATION
OR SUBSTATION SITE, AS APPROVED BY THE HARFORD COUNTY VOLUNTEER
FIRE AND AMBULANCE ASSOCIATION IN THEIR 5-YEAR PLAN; AND
3. NOT EXEMPT UNDER § 7-209 OF THIS
ARTICLE.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988 and shall be applicable to all taxable
years beginning after June 30, 1988.

AN ACT concerning
Amendment to Authorized State Debt in
Order to Fund Rental Housing - Maryland
Housing Fund Loans of 1985 and 1986
FOR the purpose of amending Chapter 192 of the Acts of 1985, the
Maryland Housing Fund Loan of 1985 in the amount of
$5,000,000 by changing the object for the expenditure of
$3,000,000 out of the $5,000,000 loan from "the Maryland
Housing Fund established by Article 41, § 257K of the Code,
to be used by the Department of Economic and Community
Development" to the implementation by the Department of
Housing and Community Development in cooperation with local
governments of "rental housing demonstration programs or
projects the partnership rental housing program as a rental
housing demonstration program in accordance with Article
41B, § 2-204(5) " ; and amending Chapter 468 of the Acts of
1986 by changing the object of the Maryland Housing Fund
Loan of 1986 in the amount of $3,000,000 from "the Maryland
Housing Fund established by Article 41B, § 257K of the Code
