AN ACT concerning

Courts - Judgments - Exemptions from Execution

FOR the purpose of exempting certain rights and interests in
certain retirement plans from the execution of a judgment;
providing for the nonapplicability of this Act to certain
domestic relations orders, certain creditors, and bankruptcy
cases filed before a certain date; and generally relating to
the execution of judgments with respect to money and amounts
payable or contributed under certain retirement plans.
