SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Triple Truck Combinations - Prohibition

FOR the purpose of prohibiting a truck tractor from being
operated on a highway in this State in combination with more
than a certain number of vehicles; defining a certain term;
and generally relating to a prohibition against certain
truck combinations.

(a) "Semitrailer" means, except as provided in subsection
