11F.

That, for the fiscal year 1975, of the funds appropriated by
Section 5 of this Act, there shall be allocated a total of
$24,700,000 to be used exclusively by the State agencies and
local governing bodies hereunder. From the funds available under
this program for the fiscal year 1975, the following State
agencies and Baltimore City are hereby authorized to expend the
following amounts for the following projects:

Department of Natural Resources, Land Acquisition

(1)  Albert Powell Hatchery (Washington County):

Approximately 100 acres but not to exceed
275 acres all of which acreage shall be
contiguous to the acreage at the hatchery

as it existed on June 30, 1973................[$100,000]

Approximately 800 acres but not to exceed

(3)  Elk Neck (Cecil County):

Approximately 83 acres but not to exceed
