LAWS OF MARYLAND

BEING REPEALED AS OF JULY 1, 1988 SHALL NOT BE REPEALED AND IT IS
THE EXPRESSED INTENT THAT THE UNENCUMBERED BALANCES IN SAID
REPEALED ITEMS AS OF JULY 1, 1988 SHALL BE TRANSFERRED TO AND BE
AVAILABLE FOR THE APPROPRIATIONS INITIALLY AUTHORIZED ON JULY 1,
1988.

11C.

That, for the fiscal year 1972, of the funds appropriated by
Section 5 of this Act, there shall be allocated (1) $9,700,000 of
the funds available for and to be used exclusively by the
subdivisions hereunder, and (2) $9,700,000 of the funds available
for and to be used exclusively by State agencies hereunder, to be
allocated in the following amounts for the following projects:

State Parks

(1)  Patuxent (Howard and Montgomery County):

State share for land acquisition..............$ 800,000

(2)  Seneca (Montgomery County):

State share for land acquisition.............. 500,000

(3)  Gunpowder (Baltimore and Harford County):

State share for land acquisition.............. 500,000

(4)  Patapsco (Baltimore, Howard, Carroll, and
Anne Arundel Counties):

State share for land acquisition.............. 1,600,000

(5)  Zekiah Swamp (Charles County):

State share for land acquisition.............. 646,000

(6)  Susquehanna (Harford County):

State share for land acquisition.............. 200,000

(7)  Tuckahoe (Caroline and Queen Anne County):

State share for land acquisition.............. 200,000

(8)  Rosaryville (Prince George's County):

State share for land acquisition.............. 200,000
