AN ACT concerning

Juvenile Services Agency - Employees

FOR the purpose of deleting certain provisions permitting judges
to direct, control, and select certain employees of the
Juvenile Services Agency; deleting certain provisions
requiring the Director to study certain units of work and to
provide certain staff to the courts requiring the Agency to
provide employees needed for certain required services;
requiring the Agency to cooperate with certain judges toward
certain objectives; authorizing requiring the Director to
establish certain programs; authorizing requiring the
Director to direct and control certain staff; prohibiting
the reduction in the size of staff of juvenile courts as of
a certain date; and generally relating to certain employees
and programs of the Juvenile Services Agency.
