(e) The Department AND THE DEPARTMENT OF THE ENVIRONMENT
shall JOINTLY develop procedures to monitor the data on sentinel
birth defect trends which may be caused by environmental hazards.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning

Homeowners - Tax Credits Exemptions - Surviving Spouses
of Disabled Veterans

FOR the purpose of altering the basis by which certain surviving
spouses of disabled veterans may receive a certain property
tax credit exemption; providing for the applicability of
this Act; and generally relating to a property tax credit
exemption for surviving spouses of disabled veterans.
