AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Dumping of Refuse - Assessment of Points

FOR the purpose of altering the number of points that the Motor
Vehicle Administration is required to assess against an
individual's driving record for certain violations of law
relating to the dumping of refuse on a highway; and
generally relating to the assessment of points against an
individual's driving record for certain violations of law.

BY renumbering

Section 16-402(a)(5) through (27), respectively

to be Section 16-402(a)(6) through (28), respectively

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 16-402(a)(5) through (27),
respectively, of Article - Transportation of the Annotated Code
of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s) 16-402(a)(6) through
(28), respectively.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:
