SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Natural Resources

10-424.

WHILE ENGAGED IN HUNTING OR PURSUING ANY GAME BIRD OR MAMMAL
WILDLIFE, A PERSON MAY NOT:

(1) CARELESSLY OR NEGLIGENTLY:

(1) SHOOT, WOUND, OR KILL ANOTHER PERSON OR ANY FARM
LIVESTOCK; OR

(2) DESTROY OR INJURE INTENTIONALLY OR WILLFULLY
DESTROY OR DAMAGE
ANY REAL PROPERTY OR, PERSONAL PROPERTY, OR
FARM LIVESTOCK OF ANOTHER PERSON.

10-1101.

(b)  Any person who violates any provision of this title is
guilty of a misdemeanor. Unless another penalty is specifically
provided elsewhere in this title, the person, upon conviction, is
subject to a fine not exceeding $500, or imprisonment not
exceeding three months, or both, with costs imposed in the
discretion of the court.

(c)  Unless another penalty is specifically provided
elsewhere in this title, any person found guilty of a second or
subsequent violation of any provision of this title, is subject
to a fine not exceeding $1,000, or imprisonment not exceeding one
