AN ACT concerning

Queen Anne's County - Recording Land Plats

FOR the purpose of applying, in Queen Anne's County, certain
requirements to the recordation of plats; providing for the
scope of this Act; providing for the application of certain
laws in Queen Anne's County; providing for the manner of
recordation and the form of plats; creating an exemption
from certain requirements; altering the fee for certain
recordings; requiring a certificate concerning subdivision
approval with recordings; creating a criminal penalty for
willfully submitting a false certificate; defining certain
terms; and generally relating to the recordation of land
plats in Queen Anne's County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

3-108.

(a) (1) [The] EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN PARAGRAPH (2) OF THIS
SUBSECTION, THE provisions of this section are in addition to any
other provisions of the Code, pertaining to recordation of
subdivision plats.

(2) THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION DO NOT APPLY IN
QUEEN ANNE'S COUNTY.
