AN ACT concerning

Western Maryland Regional Tourism Bureau

FOR the purpose of creating the Western Maryland Regional Tourism
Bureau as a unit within the Tri-County Council of Western
Maryland; specifying the Bureau's purpose; providing for the
appointment of the Bureau's Executive Board; providing for
the officers, voting requirements, staff, and powers of the
Bureau and authorizing the Bureau to establish a certain
corporation; and generally relating to the Western Maryland
Regional Tourism Bureau.

Development
Article 20A - Tri-County Council of Western Maryland
Section 4-401 4-101 through 4-103 to be under the new

subtitle "Subtitle title "Title 4. Western Maryland

(3) (C) "WESTERN MARYLAND" MEANS THE REGION OF THE
STATE COMPOSED OF GARRETT COUNTY, ALLEGANY COUNTY, AND
WASHINGTON COUNTY.
