AN ACT concerning

Montgomery County - Alcoholic Beverages Licenses

MC 827-88

FOR the purpose of requiring the Board of License Commissioners
in Montgomery County to collect alcoholic beverages license
fees and issue alcoholic beverages licenses within its
jurisdiction.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

158.

(a) The several boards of license commissioners herewith
are authorized and empowered to issue the alcoholic beverages
licenses provided for by this article in their respective
jurisdictions.

(k) (1) In Montgomery County, the services of the
department of inspection and licenses, the office of the county
attorney and other county departments shall be made available to
