AN ACT concerning

State Highway Administration - Real Property Disposition

FOR the purpose of authorizing, under certain circumstances, the
former owner or the owner's successor in interest to
reacquire, within a certain period of time, property
acquired by the State Highway Administration for a
transportation project; altering a provision of law to
require the Administration to sell certain land at public
auction under certain circumstances; authorizing a former
owner to lease back certain property under certain
conditions; providing for the calculation of the period of
eligibility for a certain payment to a former owner of real
property; clarifying language; and generally relating to the
disposition of certain real property by the State Highway
Administration.
