(e) The contribution of the Waterway Improvement Fund shall
be limited to not more than 50 percent of the cost of each
acquisition, and the total amount of funds expended in any fiscal
year for acquisitions and projects specified in § 8-707(7) AND
(9) of this subtitle shall not exceed the amount of the motor
vehicle fuel tax paid to the Waterway Improvement Fund in the
preceding fiscal year, as provided for in Article 56 § 137.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, June 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning
Hunting - Regulated Shooting Areas - Hunting on Sundays
FOR the purpose of allowing a person using a regulated shooting
ground and having certain written permission to hunt certain
pen-reared game birds on Sundays; requiring a person who
establishes and operates a regulated shooting ground to have
certain written permission from other persons under certain
conditions; establishing a certain permit fee; defining a
certain term; requiring a person who establishes and
operates a noncommercial regulated shooting area to comply
with certain requirements before using the shooting area to
hunt pen-reared game birds on Sundays; providing for the
termination of this Act; making technical and stylistic
changes; and generally relating to hunting certain
pen-reared game birds on Sundays in regulated shooting
grounds.
