the extent that the power contained in them is continuing or has
not been exercised, unless any law is expressly repealed by this
Act, and the validity of any bonds issued under previously
enacted laws is hereby ratified, confirmed, and approved. This
Act, being necessary for the welfare of the inhabitants of the
County, shall be liberally construed to effect its purposes. All
Acts and parts of Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this
Act are hereby repealed to the extent of any inconsistency.
SECTION 10. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning
Family Day Care Home - Registration - Advertisement
Prohibitions
FOR the purpose of requiring the Department of Human Resources to
adopt regulations requiring any person who advertises a
family day care home or family day care service to indicate
in the advertisement that the family day care home is
registered and to display in the advertisement the
registration number issued by the Department; prohibiting
certain persons from advertising a family day care home or
family day care service; prohibiting publishers or printers
of printed advertisement from publishing or printing an
advertisement of a family day-care home or family day-care
service under certain circumstances; and generally relating
to advertising for a family day care home or family day care
service.
