HOLDERS OF ALL CLASSES OF RETAIL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
LICENSES IN QUEEN ANNE'S COUNTY MAY EXERCISE THEIR LICENSE
PRIVILEGES ON SUNDAY FROM 8 A.M. TO MIDNIGHT UNTIL THE CLOSING
HOUR PERMITTED BY THAT CLASS OF LICENSE DURING ANY OTHER DAY OF
THE WEEK.-----------------------------------------------------------

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the holders of
Queen Anne's County special Sunday alcoholic beverages licenses
may continue to sell alcoholic beverages at retail under that
license until this Act takes effect.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

Cecil County - Board of Alcoholic Beverages
License Commissioners

FOR the purpose of altering the annual salary of the chairman and
each of the members of the Cecil County board of license
commissioners; and recodifying certain provisions of law
concerning the expenses of the commissioners.
