CHAPTER 435

(House Bill 576)

AN ACT concerning

Queen Anne's County - Alcoholic Beverages - Sunday

Retail Sales

FOR the purpose of permitting all classes of retail alcoholic
beverages licensees to exercise their license privileges on
Sunday in Queen Anne's County between certain hours;
repealing certain Sunday sales prohibitions and a
requirement for a special Sunday sales permit; providing for
a certain continuance of sale; and generally relating to the
retail sales of alcoholic beverages on Sunday in Queen
Anne's County.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,

Section 14(a), 82, and 90(a)(1) and (b)(1)
