(C) THE GOVERNING BODY OF CALVERT COUNTY OR OF ST. MARY'S
COUNTY MAY SET, BY LAW:

(1)  AN INTEREST RATE FOR OVERDUE TAX ON COMMERCIAL
PROPERTY; AND

(2)  A SEPARATE INTEREST RATE FOR OVERDUE TAX ON
NONCOMMERCIAL PROPERTY.
