under this permit; providing that the permit is not

providing that this permit is to be incorporated within the
existing license; and generally relating to creating a
special Sunday (off-sale) beer, wine and liquor permit in
Frederick County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

18.

(a) A Class A beer, wine and liquor license shall be issued
by the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the
place of business is located, and shall authorize the holder to
keep for sale and to sell all alcoholic beverages at retail, in
any quantity, at the place therein described, and to deliver the
same in a sealed package or container which package or container
may not be opened nor its contents consumed on the premises where
sold. The annual fee for this license is $500, except as
otherwise provided in this section, and in all cases the fee
shall be payable to the clerk before any such license is issued,
for distribution as hereinafter provided.

(m) In Frederick County the annual license fee is $650 AND
A SPECIAL SUNDAY OPENING PERMIT MAY BE GRANTED FOR THIS LICENSE
AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS ARTICLE.

The hours specified in §§ 83 to 85, inclusive, of this
article, shall apply except as modified by §§ 86 to 105,
inclusive, of this article.
