AN ACT concerning

Health Services Cost Review Commission -
Health Resources Planning Commission - User Fees

FOR the purpose of repealing the termination date of certain
provisions of law relating to the amount and method of
assessing user fees on certain facilities for the Health
Services Cost Review Commission and the Health Resources
Planning Commission; altering the date on which the Health
Services Cost Review Commission and the Health Resources
Planning Commission must have assessed user fees on certain
facilities each year; altering the date by which certain
facilities must have made payment of assessed user fees to
the Health Services Cost Review Commission and the Health
Resources Planning Commission; and generally relating to the
assessment of user fees by the Health Services Cost Review
Commission and the Health Resources Planning Commission.

meanings indicated.
