AN ACT concerning

Howard County - Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax - Paratransit Systems

Ho. Co. 501-88

FOR the purpose of making refundable the motor vehicle fuel tax
paid on motor vehicle fuel used by certain nonprofit
paratransit systems based in Howard County for the purpose
of providing transportation to elderly, handicapped, or low
income individuals; providing for the requirements for
filing a claim for refund by the person who has paid the
motor vehicle fuel tax; defining a certain term; providing
for the effective date of this Act; and generally relating
to a refund of motor vehicle fuel tax in Howard County.
