AN ACT concerning
Baltimore County - Alcoholic Beverages Licenses -
Restaurant Service Bar Conversions and Transfers
FOR the purpose of creating a Class B (SB) Restaurant-Service Bar
Alcoholic Beverages License beer, wine and liquor (on-sale)
license for issuance in license conversions purposes in a
certain area of Baltimore County; providing for the number
of Class B (SB) licenses to be issued; providing that these
licenses are to be issue in a certain election district
available for license conversion purposes; establishing the
qualifications, fee, and days and hours for sale under this
license; permitting in Baltimore County the transfer of a
certain number of certain alcoholic beverages licenses
across election district lines into a certain area under
certain circumstances; providing for a certain license
conversion; providing certain license transfer prohibitions;
providing that certain licenses may be transferred into
certain designated areas in the County; and generally
relating to the issuance and transfer of alcoholic beverages
licenses in certain areas in Baltimore County providing for
certain restaurant requirements; providing that certain
license transfer and conversion provisions of this Act cease
after a certain date; and generally relating to the
transfer of certain alcoholic beverages licenses into the
"Pikesville Revitalization Area" or "Pikesville Town
Center".

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(A) NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER LAW OR REGULATION TO THE
CONTRARY THE LICENSE POPULATION QUOTA LIMITATIONS, THE BALTIMORE
COUNTY BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS MAY ISSUE 10 CLASS B (SB)
RESTAURANT-SERVICE BAR BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR (ON-SALE) LICENSES
IN THE THIRD ELECTION DISTRICT OF "PIKESVILLE REVITALIZATION
