SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(a) (1) In this section the following words have the
meanings indicated.

(2)  "Board" means the Board of County Commissioners
of CHARLES, Garrett or St. Mary's County.

(3)  "County" means, as the context requires, CHARLES,
Garrett or St. Mary's County.
