SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF

MARYLAND, That Section(s) 10-205(b) of Article - Courts and

Judicial Proceedings of the Annotated Code of Maryland be
renumbered to be Section(s) 10-205(c).

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section(s)
14-602(b) and (c), respectively, of Article - Health Occupations
of the Annotated Code of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s)
14-602(c) and (d), respectively.

SECTION 1. 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED BY THE GENERAL
