27-101.
(k) Any person who is convicted of a violation of any of
the provisions of § 21-902(a) of this article ("Driving while
intoxicated"):
(1) For a first offense, shall be subject to a fine
of not more than $1,000, or imprisonment for not more than 1
year, or both;
(2) For a second offense, shall be subject to a fine
of not more than $1,000, or imprisonment for not more than 2
years, or both; and
(3) For a third or subsequent offense, shall be
subject to a fine of not more than $2,000, or imprisonment for
not more than 3 years, or both.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning
Board of Victim Services - Victim Services Coordinator
FOR the purpose of establishing the State Board of Victim
Services and the position of Victim Services Coordinator;
defining certain terms; stating the legislative purpose of
this Act; providing for the composition of the membership of
the Board; providing for the tenure and removal conditions
of the Board members; providing the Board with certain
powers and duties; providing for the appointment of the
Coordinator; providing the Coordinator with certain powers
and duties; providing that the Coordinator shall receive a
certain salary; and generally relating to the State Board of
Victim Services and the Victim Services Coordinator in the
State.
BY adding to
Article - State Government
Section 6.5-101 through 6.5-205 to be under the new title
"Title 6.5. Victim Services"
