(v) 1 shall be the current President of the
Lida Lee Tall Learning Resources Center Parent-Teacher
Association; and

(vi) 2 shall be public members.

24-107.

(a)  The Lida Lee Tall Learning Resources Center is located
on the campus of Towson State University.

(b)  The Board of [Trustees of the State Universities and
Colleges] REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND SYSTEM and the
Board of Public Works shall permit the Lida Lee Tall Learning
Resources Center Board of Trustees to lease the Lida Lee Tall
facilities for one dollar a year.

The [State Board for] MARYLAND Higher Education COMMISSION
shall administer all programs under the Southern Regional
Education Compact.

Article 1 - Rules of Interpretation

IN THIS CODE, UNLESS THE CONTEXT REQUIRES OTHERWISE, ALL
REFERENCES TO THE "UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND" MEAN THE UNIVERSITY OF
MARYLAND SYSTEM ESTABLISHED UNDER TITLE 12 OF THE EDUCATION
ARTICLE.

Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments

151B.

(a)  A person who knowingly and willfully falsifies or
conceals a material fact in connection with an application for
funds from the State Scholarship [Board] ADMINISTRATION MARYLAND
HIGHER EDUCATION COMMISSION is guilty of a misdemeanor.

(b)  Each applicant for funds from the State Scholarship
[Board] ADMINISTRATION MARYLAND HIGHER EDUCATION COMMISSION shall
receive notice from the Board of the conduct that constitutes a
violation of this section prior to the awarding of any State
scholarship award or grant.

(c)  A person convicted under this section is subject to a
fine of not more than $5,000, or imprisonment for not more than 1
year, or both.
