"Special fuel user" § 9-301

(F)  LICENSE.

"LICENSE" MEANS A LICENSE ISSUED BY THE COMPTROLLER UNDER
THIS SUBTITLE TO ENGAGE IN THE BUSINESS OF A DEALER, SPECIAL FUEL
SELLER, OR SPECIAL FUEL USER.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language added to
avoid repetition of phrases such as "license to engage
in the business of a dealer, special fuel seller, or
special fuel user".

"Engage in the business of a dealer" § 9-301

(G)  LICENSED DEALER.

"LICENSED DEALER" MEANS A PERSON WHO IS LICENSED TO ENGAGE
IN THE BUSINESS OF A DEALER.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language added to
avoid repetition of phrases such as "dealer licensed
to engage in business...".

On occasion, the term "licensee" is used in this
subtitle as a synonym for "licensed dealer". Since
"license" is defined in subsection (f) of this
section, "licensee" need not be defined separately.

(H) LICENSED SPECIAL FUEL SELLER.

"LICENSED SPECIAL FUEL SELLER" MEANS A PERSON WHO IS
LICENSED TO ENGAGE IN THE BUSINESS OF A SPECIAL FUEL SELLER.
