AN ACT concerning

Charles County - Alcoholic Beverages Licenses

FOR the purpose of requiring that appliances for new certain
applicants for alcoholic beverages licenses in Charles
County provide a certain certification of age and payment of
taxes; creating an application fee for new licenses and
transfers of existing licenses; providing that this fee is
not returnable and is in addition to other required fees;
requiring that the Board of License Commissioners use the
fee for certain processing expenses; providing a certain
exception; clarifying numbering; and generally relating to
applications for new alcoholic beverages licenses and
transfers of existing licenses in Charles County.
