according to the conditions and provisions of this chapter, the
amount so received from said licenses to be paid to the BOARD OF
Commissioners of Cecil County to be credited by them THE BOARD to
the general fund of said county.
4A-2.
For the purpose of administering the district, the [Cecil]
BOARD OF County Commissioners constitute CONSTITUTES the District
Board. The District Board is a body corporate by the name of the
"Crystal Beach Manor Special Taxing District," with the right to
use a common seal, to sue and be sued and to do any and all other
corporate acts for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of
this subtitle.
4A-3.
For the purpose of providing funds for the design,
construction, establishment and improvement of roads and drainage
in the district:
(a) The [Cecil] BOARD OF County Commissioners may issue
bonds upon the full faith and credit of the county; and/or
(b) The District Board may borrow funds from any source.
4A-4.
The BOARD OF County Commissioners shall levy annually upon
the property owners in the district a sum sufficient to repay
whatever bonds are issued by them THE BOARD, the funds from which
are used for district purposes. This levy shall be collected as
all other taxes in the county are collected and shall be paid
over to the County Treasurer for the sole purpose of amortizing
the bond issue or issues specified in § 4A-3.
4B-2.
For the purpose of administering the district, the [Cecil]
BOARD OF County Commissioners constitute CONSTITUTES the district
board. The district board is a body corporate by the name of the
"Octoraro Lakes Special Taxing District", with the right to use a
common seal, to sue and be sued, and to do any and all other
corporate acts for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of
this subtitle.
