19-21.

(A)  Front foot benefit assessments, water and sewer system
upkeep charges, connection charges, drainage charges and other
charges which the county is empowered to make pursuant to the
provisions of this chapter shall be liens upon the property
served or benefited. [and, in addition to being enforced by
actions at law, may be enforced by a bill in equity against the
property so served or benefited.]

(B)  The liens shall be subject only to liens for state and
county taxes. [Such charges]

(C)  CHARGES shall be due when made and after [sixty (60)]
30 days from that date shall bear interest at the rate of 1% per
month. [Neither the due]

(D)  DUE dates [nor] AND the interval between [such] THE
dates need NOT be uniform throughout the sanitary district.

(E)  LIENS ESTABLISHED BY THIS SECTION MAY BE ENFORCED IN
COURT BY THE COUNTY AGAINST THE PROPERTY SERVED OR BENEFITED.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

establish and enforce a street naming and house numbering
