THE SECRETARY, IN CONSULTATION WITH THE STATE POSTMORTEM
EXAMINERS COMMISSION, MAY ADOPT REGULATIONS TO CARRY OUT THE
PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBTITLE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the terms of the
initial members of the Advisory Council to the Center for the
Study of the Health Effects of Fire shall expire as follows:

(1)  One-third Two of the members in 1992;

(2)  One-third Two of the members in 1993; and

(3)  One-third Three of the members in 1994.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning

Allegany County - Sanitary Commission

FOR the purpose of altering certain interest rates that the
Sanitary Commission in Allegany County may charge when
certain benefit assessments are in default; and generally
relating to the operation of the Sanitary Commission in
Allegany County.
