(6)  Acquisition of habitats for nongame [birds and
mammals] WILDLIFE SPECIES and THREATENED AND endangered species;
and

(7)  Matching of funds available to the Department
under federal programs for projects and activities authorized
under this section.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.
