(n) This section does not apply to the valuation or
assessment of improvements or agricultural, mineral, or other
nonforest values on land that is subject to an agreement.

(O) THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES MAY SET REASONABLE
FEES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF MANAGEMENT PLANS, ORIGINAL
AGREEMENTS, AND CONDUCTING INSPECTIONS. THE FEES SHALL BE
DESIGNED TO COVER THE ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS OF CONDUCTING THE
PROGRAM.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning

Waterfowl Hunting - Seasons

FOR the purpose of permitting the hunting of waterfowl within the
Seaduck Shooting Zone and Gunning Rig Zones on the first day
of deer season.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 10-421

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Natural Resources

10-421.

On the first day of the firearms season for hunting deer, a
person may not hunt any animal other than deer in this State,
EXCEPT THAT WATERFOWL MAY BE HUNTED FROM A LICENSED GUNNING RIG
WITHIN THE SEADUCK SHOOTING ZONE AND GUNNING RIG ZONE.
