SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 33 - Election Code

2-3.

(a) Each member of the boards of the several political
subdivisions of the State shall receive an annual salary of not
less than the following amounts:

(22) Washington County: [$1,080] $1,800 FOR THE
PRESIDENT AND $1,500 FOR EACH MEMBER.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning

Washington County - Tax Sales

FOR the purpose of repealing explicitly certain provisions of law
relating to tax sales in Washington County that have been
implicitly repealed by a public general law; and generally
relating to tax sales in Washington County.
